Those who are looking for a new house, and want to be a part of klebang resident (klebang ipoh yer), so hurry up and do visit Klebang Sanctuary showhouse for the very best giler house (terrace 2 tingkat). very large house (almost corner lot house already sold out). It is located near to my area house at Klebang Ria. It takes 30 minutes to Ipoh, 15 mins to Tasek (jusco, tesco) and 15 mins to Jelapang/Meru. 10 minutes (maybe) to air terjun kat chemor. Seriously that house is sooo nice and most people who visit (with the aim to buy house) book the house, porch yang cukup besar... promote nie..saya tak dapat apa-apa pun.. tolong war-warkan sebab rumahnya best..hehe, cumanya, all the house are completely siap dibina after 2 years (maybe juga in 2 years)...

kami ke sana sebab gatal nak tengok kan..dah terpampang rumah besar kat papan iklan tengah jalan (memang berjaya papan iklan tu menarik perhatian kami), apapun kami dah berterus terang pada uncle tu, uncle, kami dah beli rumah lo...kesian kami lo..srob srob srob..uncle kata tak dapat tolong lo...hehehe ala, rumah saya pun ok..design je tak sehebat design kat klebang sanctuary ni... :D
